Customer Service Working Hours

Gate Working Hours

Weekdays: 08:00 – 12.30, 13.30 – 19.45, and 20.45 – 22.30

Saturday: 08.00 – 12.30 and 13.30 – 15.30

Ship Operations Service Hours

24 hours a day, 7 days a week*

*Except during meal breaks, our ship operations continue 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Work is carried out in 8-hour shifts in 3 shifts in our port.

** No operations are carried out at our port on the 1st day of Ramadan and Eid al-Adha and from 16:00 on December 31st to 16:00 on January 1st.
