Passage
The driver must read the Terminal Entry Card he received at Pre-Gate to the reader at the Main Gate and obtain a ticket showing the location he will go to in the terminal. If the system does not give an error during the passage, the passage will be made by taking a ticket from the kiosk. If there is an error in the system, the barrier will not open. Automatic weighing will be performed in all passages.
Problem Desk
If there is a problem at the Main Gate entry and the barrier does not open, the driver will contact the person on duty at the problem desk through the telephone at the passage point. If the problem desk staff cannot solve the problem remotely, the vehicle will be directed to the parking area to resolve the issue. The vehicle will be directed to the terminal site if the problem is resolved. The vehicle can exit the terminal if the problem cannot be resolved.
